Paise Plan is an educational mathematical modeling application. Our tools help you calculate numbers, compare tradeoffs, and organize your finances. We do not distribute financial products, take commissions, or provide formal investment advisory services under SEBI regulations. By using Planpaisa.ai, you accept these terms.
1.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or utilizing Paise Plan (Planpaisa.ai), you signify your full agreement to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Regulatory Disclaimers. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
2.Educational Nature & SEBI Non-Advisory Status
The tools, calculators, spreadsheets, and articles published on Paise Plan are provided purely for educational and self-directed modeling purposes.
Paise Plan is not registered as an Investment Adviser under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013, nor as a Research Analyst under SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014. No communication, report, or output on this website constitutes personal investment advice, financial planning certification, or an offer or recommendation to buy or sell securities, mutual fund units, or debt instruments.
3.Insurance & Lending Disclaimers
We are not licensed by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) as an insurance broker, corporate agent, or web aggregator. Calculations regarding term insurance (e.g., Human Life Value) or health floater buffers are illustrative benchmarks and do not guarantee insurance coverage or claim approval.
We are not a bank, Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), or loan distributor under Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations. Loan amortization calculations and EMI projections are mathematical estimates.
4.Assumptions & Mathematical Variations
All mathematical projections depend on user-supplied variables and standard historical benchmarks (e.g., 12% equity CAGR, 6.5% debt return, 6% general inflation). Actual financial market returns in India are subject to equity volatility, interest rate shifts, and macroeconomic fluctuations. We make no warranty or representation that projected corpuses will be attained.
5.Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary algorithms, computational code, visual user interfaces, branding, graphics, and documentation displayed on Planpaisa.ai are the exclusive intellectual property of Paise Plan. Unauthorized scraping, bulk extraction, reverse engineering, or reproduction for commercial distribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.
6.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Paise Plan, its directors, contributors, and technology partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses, damages, or financial deficits resulting from reliance on the calculators or information provided on this platform.
7.Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, arbitration, or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
